Nairobi, Kenya - BMS Represented K+N as Project Manager on their warehousing and office expansion project – completed early and well under budget.
Head Office, South Africa - BMS Represented K+N on their warehouse expansion project, working with developers professional team to ensure that K+N requirements & specifications are carried through design & Implementation.
Cape Town Airport, Thunder City - BMS Represented K+N on the Thunder City Project refurbishment project where we upgraded a section of the Thunder City hanger building into modern offices and warehousing.
Equatorial Guinea - Export project - BMS shipped out all the materials required to refurbish and establish K+N’s base from a run down property in Malaba, including the Project Management thereof.

Luanda, Angola - Turnkey project by BMS responsible for the design, fabrication and construction of a new warehouse and office block.  All materials sourced and built in South Africa and exported to Angola.

Luanda, Angola - BMS Refurbished the CASA INGLESA historical building.  This site was occupied by the American Embassy consular and maintenance departments before they moved into their new Embassy.
